We will be  glad to have an initial discussion over the telephone or by Skype, and this is usually an opportunity to formulate the initial shape of the work that needs to be done, and what we can offer. We are also pleased to receive details of tenders and procurements from organisations requiring support.

In all cases, we aim to agree a set of outcomes and timetable with our customers, and the basic terms of business prior to commencement of work.
